Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions

as of January 2022

These terms and conditions apply to guests using BrynWnion Holiday Cottage as a Holiday base.

As owners, we will not put the community of Dolgellau and Wales at risk.  This mindset also applies to our guests.  We want you to have a great holiday and feel safe while away.  The greatest risk is the threat of covid so our guests must adhere to the latest Welsh guidance https://www.gov.wales whilst also following Govt guidance from your home country.

If any guests are displaying any symptoms of the virus prior to arrival, please do not attend. If any guest develops symptoms during the stay, please return home immediately and notify us as soon as possible.  You are not allowed to isolate in the cottage.

We are continuing to support track and trace and require all guest details prior to arrival (Name, Date birth and home address and mobile number) which will be retained for 28 days.  If you do not provide this information, the booking will be null and void.  All adults should check in with the QR code at the cottage.

At the point of a positive Covid case the cottage will immediately close and the changeover team informed.

The cottage will be subject to a deep clean and will be reviewed prior to reopening. Future guests will also be informed.

Guests are asked to inform us up to 14 days after departure if they start to develop symptoms.  This will be reviewed on a case by case basis using track and trace.
